These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Liva Thai Spa website and your booking or use of any service at our facility in Sector H, Aliganj, Lucknow. By visiting our website, calling to book, or receiving a service from us, you agree to these Terms.

About our services

Liva Thai Spa offers massage and wellness therapies, including Thai massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, foot reflexology, body scrub, body massage, Balinese massage, Ayurvedic therapy, aromatherapy, and Jacuzzi & Sauna, performed by trained and certified therapists in private treatment rooms.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for guests aged 18 years and above. We reserve the right to request valid identification to confirm age before a session.

Appointments & bookings

• Appointments can be made by phone or WhatsApp and are subject to therapist and room availability.
• We recommend calling ahead to confirm your preferred time; walk-ins are welcome when slots are open.
• We may ask for a name and contact number to hold your appointment.

Health & safety

It is your responsibility to inform your therapist, before your session begins, of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgeries, skin conditions, or any other factor that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment where we believe it is unsafe to proceed. Guests undertake treatments in good faith that all relevant health information has been disclosed.

Hygiene & facility standards

All treatment rooms are cleaned and reset with fresh linen between every guest. Our therapists are trained and certified in their respective techniques. If you have any concerns about hygiene or facility standards during your visit, please raise them with our front desk immediately so we can address them.

Guest conduct

Liva Thai Spa is a professional wellness establishment. We expect all guests to treat our therapists and staff with respect. Any inappropriate behaviour, requests, or conduct of a sexual or abusive nature will not be tolerated under any circumstances — a session will be terminated immediately without refund, and the matter may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Pricing & payment

Prices for our services are communicated at the time of booking or on arrival and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods available at our facility, which our team can confirm when you book.

Cancellations, rescheduling & refunds

Please call or WhatsApp us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so the slot can be offered to another guest. Refund eligibility for prepaid sessions, packages, or no-shows will be discussed and confirmed directly with our team at the time of booking.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Liva Thai Spa unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Liva Thai Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website. Guests receive treatments at their own discretion, having disclosed relevant health information in advance as described above.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
